If you are interested in joining GrooveFunnels Affiliate Program to sell Groove.cm products and earn a commission, I must warn you; please refrain from doing it.
They offer a 20% commission to free plan users and a 40% commission to paid users. However, the issue is that they do not pay commissions to their affiliate. So if you join GrooveFunnels Affiliate Program, sell their product, and earn a commission, you will not get your commission.
I recommend you join other affiliate programs with an established system and follow ethical practices.
In this post, I will provide complete information on Groove.cm affiliate program and our personal experience with it. Then I will give you a few better alternatives to the GrooveFunnels affiliate program that you can promote and earn money.
Please note that we are paid members of GrooveFunnels and have lifetime platinum plan access.

GrooveFunnels Affiliate Program
GrooveFunnels Affiliate Program offers free users a 20% lifetime commission and 30-40% to paid users.
The premium plan is the highest-paid plan, and you also get a second-tier 10% commission in this plan. If you bring a sale and your referrals bring another customer, you will get a 10% commission.
How to Join GrooveFunnels Affiliate Program
Joining the Groove.cm affiliate program is free; anyone can join it. However, there is one catch. You must create a free GrooveFunnels account. Once you create the account, you are an affiliate with a 20% lifetime commission.

However, note that, in the free plan, you would not get the second-tier affiliate commission.
GrooveFunnels 2nd Tier Affiliate Commission
The 2nd tier affiliate commission is available to premium users. Again, you do not need to apply for approval or undergo any procedure.
In the second tier system, if someone subscribed with your affiliate links also promotes GrooveFunnels and brings subscribers, you get an additional 10% commission.
Your commission will not affect the commission of your subscribers; they will get their 20% or 40% commission based on their subscription plan.

Theoretically, with any affiliate program, you can earn unlimited money.
I have never seen any affiliate program that limits sales. Limiting affiliate commission means restricting the sales of the software as well, and no business would want that.
I have seen some posts and comments where a few Groove affiliates claim to earn thousands of dollars. But these are in the small number who are famous and have a large audience base.
The commission is recurring, so if you add a few subscribers, the commission will keep adding monthly, and you get a good commission for all subscribers you have brought to date.

How to Get the Affiliate Payment
GrooveFunnels pays through PayPal.
Click on the setting, then “Payment,” and then you can enter your PayPal email address.
You can also get the commissions transferred to your bank account. To finish, fill in the bank account details under the “Wire” option.
You can get the commission between 37 to 45 days after the sale. This duration covers the 30-day guarantee period plus seven days to handle refunds.
GrooveFunnels claims to pay every week. Unfortunately, it has been over a year, and I have never received my affiliate commission.
You must also fill in the tax information to get the payment.

GrooveFunnels Affiliate Support
I have used GrooveFunnels for a few years and have experienced the worst support.
GrooveFunnels offers different channels for support, such as email ticket-based support, live chat, and Facebook groups, but in a nutshell, GrooveFunnels support does not exist.
As an affiliate, we had a few sales but did not receive the commission for many months, so we contacted GrooveFunnels support through email, Facebook group, and Live chat. Unfortunately, after a few initial responses, they stopped responding to us.
We did not receive our commission, and now they ignore our emails, meaning no support ticket number.
GrooveFunnels email support is supposed to be of high quality. But it has been a few months, and we have not received a response to our queries from GrooveFunnels support.
We sent them several messages many times through the chat window while they were online but did not receive a reply for hours.
However, fortunately, they responded to us. Here is their response:
They said they pay the commission in chronological order. However, on their website, they said they pay a commission every week to their affiliate. I did not understand this discrepancy.
We first contacted them through emails at the following addresses: support@groovedigital.com and jv@groovedigital.com.
Below is GrooveFunnels’ last response to us, where they said they had no update on our concern.
They said they would release the funds soon, but we have yet to receive our affiliate commission.
After the above reply, we sent them another email on September 19, 2022, and have yet to receive a response.
And after waiting for a few days, we contacted them again on the 23rd of September, i.e., after four days.
After waiting for five days, we sent them a few more follow-up emails.
And these, too.
Now we do not receive even an auto-response from the help desk.
GrooveFunnels has a Facebook group where users can share their concerns. We posted our issue on the group three times, but GrooveFunnels admins blocked our messages.
I remember seeing similar messages in the group where users complained about non-responsive support.
I searched for those messages but did not find them. They may have deleted them.
After many follow-up emails to support@groovedigital.com and jv@groovedigital.com, we contacted GrooveFunnels employees (like Sancia and David Lemon), and we did not receive a response from them.
This is our message to Sancia.
This is David Lemon. He also has yet to respond to our messages.
At last, we contacted Mike Filsaime, the CEO of GrooveDigital. But unfortunately, he also did not respond to our message.
That experience is not good for us.
Below is another example of their Facebook Support. A GrooveFunnels user has issues with GrooveSell and posted his concerns in the Facebook Group, but they blocked the message.
Then the user posted this message in a different GrooveFunnels group, where I am also a member.
He did not receive a response from GrooveFunnels support, so he tried to get a solution from this Facebook group.
GrooveFunnels is not active in providing support to their customers but is active in blocking messages in the GrooveFunnels Facebook Support Group.
Let’s see other users’ reviews of GrooveFunnels Support.
Here is GrooveFunnels review rating on TrustPilot
GrooveFunnels claims to be the best funnel platform and promises the best customer service for business owners, but the users’ experience says otherwise.
Groove.cm support is poor, and many users complained regarding ignored support tickets. Here are some examples:
On the internet, you will find many similar stories.
I found the above two reviews on Trust Pilot (Click here to visit the source).
Here is a response from a user who also did not receive his affiliate commission from GrooveFunnels and posted his frustration on one website:
Based on our experience, we will not recommend anyone join the GrooveFunnels Affiliate program.

How to Promote GrooveFunnels Products
There are many methods you can use to promote affiliate products. However, before promoting a product, you must use it.
If you do not intend to use it, subscribe for a trial, and use all features. Then, send several emails to their customer care to see how responsive customer support is.
In this post, I have included four affiliate products.
We are a pro user of GrooveFunnels and Systeme.io. I know these products because I have used Kartra and Simvoly for some time.
If you have used a product and feel that it would be helpful for your audience and then promote them, the audience will notice the genuineness of your promotion.
Here, though we are lifetime users of GrooveFunnels and affiliates, we do not promote them; instead, we inform the audience about their poor customer support that does not exist.
Now we come to affiliate product promotion.
You can promote affiliate products through the following methods:
- Blog Posts
- Email Marketing
- YouTube Video
- Social Media Posts
- And more.
You can write review posts such as GrooveFunnels review and include your affiliate links. In addition, you can write comparison posts like GrooveFunnels vs. Kartra and add your GrooveFunnels affiliate links.
You can write alternative posts, such as Five Best GrooveFunnels alternatives, and include your link.
You can promote them through email marketing if you have an email list.
You can create YouTube videos and add links in the description box and promote affiliate products through social media posting.
Other paid promotion methods include creating landing pages for affiliate products and running paid campaigns to bring traffic.
Summary of GrooveFunnels Affiliate Program
On the surface, GrooveFunnels looks attractive and is their marketing tactic. They are hiring affiliates to bring subscribers, but when it comes to paying commissions, they do not pay them, respond to support requests, and block messages to the Facebook group.
So, I would not recommend you join the GrooveFunnels Affiliate Program; instead, you can promote Kartra and earn money
Some links in this post are affiliate links, and I will earn a commission if you purchase after clicking. Please understand that I recommend these resources because they are useful, not just because of my commissions. Please do not purchase unless you need the materials to achieve your goals.
